🐶 Ralph’s Pawspective

Talk about a tail-waggin’ adventure! 🐾 From the moment we hit the path, my nose went into overdrive.

So many trees, sniffs, hoomans, and other four-leggers out and about.

I strutted past the iconic Steve Irwin statue 🐊—he’s one of my favourite hoomans (crikey, what a legend!).

I also spotted a big ol’ picture frame, which apparently you’re supposed to stand in for photos… seems a bit silly if you ask me, but the hoomans loved it.

Of course, we also passed the famous Loo with a View, which I’ve already given a dedicated review (it’s a Number One spot for sure 💩).

Loads of walking space, pawsome ocean views, and lots of pats from tourists… would recommend if you’re up for a scenic stroll. Just remember: on-leash rules apply, so no zoomies into the surf (boo).

👤 Human Highlights

The newly revitalised Mooloolaba Foreshore Coastal Walk is a must-do on the Sunshine Coast. With beautifully landscaped paths running along the coastline, it connects beach views, lush parklands, public art, playgrounds, and local cafes into one vibrant experience.

There are plenty of shaded spots, water fountains, public restrooms, and seating areas to pause and take in the view. Family-friendly, dog-friendly (on-leash only, so check the signage), and full of vibrant beachside energy, it’s the perfect way to enjoy a seaside stroll.

You’ll also find handy access to places like the Loo with a View, HMAS Brisbane Lookout, and the Mooloolaba Surf Club. Whether you’re after a morning walk, a coffee stop, or a sunset stroll, this path has something for everyone.

Pro Tip

Bring your sunnies, a water bottle (for both you and your pup), and check signage to know where your pooch is welcome. Some nearby beaches are off-limits to dogs, so keep that leash handy!
