🐶 Ralph’s Pawspective
Woof! If you’re looking for the ultimate doggy day out, Cliff Hargreaves Park and Currimundi Lake are an unbeatable combo! 🐾
Starting at Cliff Hargreaves Park, it’s the perfect spot for a morning walk with lots of open spaces and shaded areas for me to relax.

I love sniffing around the lawns and parks, while my hoomans enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery. Plus, there’s plenty of room for me to stretch my legs.
After some playtime, we head over to Currimundi Lake. The lake is pawsome—with wide-open areas, clear water, and lots of wildlife to keep me entertained. 🦆
There’s a peaceful vibe here that makes it easy to just chill and watch the world go by.

Just a heads-up, though: pups are allowed only in specific areas, so check the signs to make sure you’re in the right spot. Some parts of the lake and the beach are off-limits to pups (boo!), but there’s plenty of space where I can roam freely! 🐾
👤 Hooman Highlights
Together, Cliff Hargreaves Park and Currimundi Lake create the perfect mix of outdoor fun for both dogs and humans.
Cliff Hargreaves Park is dog-friendly and features wide, open spaces where you can relax in the shade. The park has picnic tables, barbecue facilities, and is a great place for family gatherings or a quiet break. 🌳🥏
Then, you’ve got Currimundi Lake, which is a nature lover’s dream.

With walking trails around the lake and an accessible picnic area, it’s easy to spend hours here exploring.
Hoomans can enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, and taking in the peaceful surroundings, while (in some areas) dogs can cool off in the lake or beach and meet other friendly pups. 🐕💦
Just make sure you check out which areas allow dogs on-leash, off-leash or not at all!

Pro Tip
Check the signs for dog-friendly areas before you go, especially at the lake, as some parts are restricted to pets. Bring your dog’s favourite toy for a game of fetch, and be sure to pack some snacks to enjoy by the water. 🐾
