🐶 Ralph’s Pawspective
Look, I’m a simple dog: give me a bridge with height, a sniffy breeze, and a good view of fishies and swans, and I’m in heaven.
This one delivered. I trotted across like the king of Lakes Entrance, peering over the edge to spot action in the water below.
The only downside? All those mysterious little seagull and bird-poo treasures scattered around.
I was ready to sniff, sample, and investigate like a true professional, but apparently my hooman wasn’t keen on me rocking “seagull breath” for the rest of the day. Tragic.
👤 Human Highlights
The footbridge is a handy and pleasant connection between the main town side and the surf beach. It’s a smooth, well-maintained walk that makes it super easy to reach the surf clubs, beach access points, and the coastal walking tracks beyond.
Views across the water are lovely, and despite the bridge being a functional link, it’s also a nice little stroll in its own right. Clean, solid underfoot, and a simple way to get the most out of both sides of Lakes Entrance, and the pups liked something slightly different .
Pro Tip
Pack an umbrella or hat—there’s not much shade there, and the sun (or wind) can be punchy.
