🐶 Ralph’s Pawspective

Now this is my kind of café! 🐾

There was plenty of room to stretch out and keep an eye on the locals, plus water bowls to keep me cool.

After breakfast, we wandered past the butcher and shops — which had the most fascinating display of stuffed animals out front. Naturally, I had to pose with the pig 🐽 for a few photos (I looked amazing, obviously).

Luna wasn’t as keen… she gave them the side eye and tried to pretend she didn’t know us. Classic Luna. 🐕‍🦺🐖

👤 Human Highlights

Silverwood Café is a delightful stop in the heart of Dayboro, right on the main street, making it super accessible to the nearby park and a selection of charming country shops.

We ordered the eggs benedict — a generous portion, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious, especially with the crispy bacon done just right. The service was warm and welcoming, giving the whole experience a real small-town charm.

Just out the back of the café, you’ll find a few little shops worth a browse, and the nearby Dayboro Butter Factory adds to the historic charm of the area.

The whole town has a relaxed, friendly vibe that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the moment.

Whether you’re stopping in after a morning stroll or making a mini day trip out of it, this café is a great central spot to enjoy breakfast or brunch with your pup by your side. 🥓🍳🐕
