Dog-Friendly Park Review – Pup-approved Summary
Two states, two pups, and double the attitude—this iconic Queensland / New South Wales Border stop is less about the line on the ground and more about the laughs (and photos) you’ll take home.

🐶 Ralph & Luna’s Pawspective (A borderline debate)
Ralph (NSW side): Oi Luna, welcome to New South Wags! Things are clearly better over here—greener grass, superior sniffs… and me, obviously.
Luna (QLD side): Let’s not get ahead of ourselves, Ralph. Queensland is where the real class is. Sunshine, style, and a much more refined canine presence—namely, me.
Ralph: Refined? You literally just tried to chase a leaf.
Luna: It was strategic observation. Something you wouldn’t understand from over there in… whatever NSW is doing.
Ralph: Wow. Big words for someone standing on the wrong side of history.
Luna: Wrong side? I’m on the right side—literally. Queensland. It’s in the name.
Ralph: You know what is right? This photo. Me in NSW, you in QLD. Perfect balance. Like a well-portioned snack… which, by the way, I have not received.
Luna: Stay focused, Ralph. We’re here for a review.
Ralph: Fine. Verdict: excellent spot for sniffing, posing, and asserting state-based superiority.
Luna: Agreed. Also ideal for hoomans who enjoy standing in two places at once and pretending it’s groundbreaking.
Ralph: Would visit again. Preferably with snacks.
Luna: Only if they’re evenly distributed across state lines.

👤 Human Highlights
The Queensland-New South Wales Border is one of those classic “you’ve got to do it once” stops—simple, iconic, and surprisingly fun. It’s perfect for a quick photo op, especially if you’ve got two dogs willing to (somewhat) cooperate on opposite sides.
There’s no frills here—it’s literally a line dividing two states—but that’s part of the charm. Easy to access, close to plenty of dog-friendly walking spots, and a great excuse to stretch the legs during a coastal trip.
If you’re travelling through the area, it’s a fun little detour that adds a bit of personality to your day (and your camera roll).

Pro-Tip
Position one pup on each side of the border for the ultimate photo—it’s the easiest way to double your content in one shot.
