🐶 Ralph’s Pawspective
Look, I’m not proud of the photo my hooman took of me mid-poop… and then posted online.
Seriously? Some things are meant to stay private! But I’ll admit, this patch of faux turf saved my fluff when it was raining buckets or when we were in that apartment without a yard.
At first, I was confused—was it a bed? A snack? (It was neither… don’t ask.) But I got the hang of it. Especially helpful as a transition mat while I learned not to treat the hallway as my personal ensuite.
Now I’ve moved up in the world to a real grass potty (I’m fancy like that), but this was my training wheels and we take these on trips away just in case I can no longer cross my little legs in the middle of night in those hotel rooms.
Still, major points for comfort, convenience, and always being there when nature called.
Just… next time, hooman? Ask before snapping photos.
👤 Human Highlights
We picked this grass mat to help Ralph during our apartment living phase and pull out again when we had rainy-day toilet dramas or am going away with the pooch.
While it’s marketed as an “indoor” option, we used it on our balcony and in our courtyard, and it worked perfectly.
✅ Why we chose it:
- Layered design helped contain messes.
- Ideal transition aid before upgrading to real grass potties.
- Medium size fit just right for Ralph’s small-to-medium stature.
🚿 Important note: This mat absolutely needs regular cleaning—we hosed and disinfected it every 1–2 days to keep smells at bay. Leave it too long, and you’ll know it. Also, we lined it with doggy pee pads underneath just to help with the cleaning.
