Ocean breezes? Check. Big views? Double check.
This was one of those walks where I didn’t even mind staying on lead — I was too busy surveying the coastline like a proper professional.
Birds flapped about overhead, waves rolled in below, and yes, I’m fairly certain I saw a turtle (Ralph will be fuming he missed this one — it’s officially in my calendar to brag about later).
A short but mighty climb, and well worth the effort.

The O’Donnell Walkway forms part of the coastal track between Moffat Beach and Shelly Beach, and offers one of the most stunning elevated views along this stretch of the Sunshine Coast.
It’s a short incline, but you’ll be rewarded with spectacular scenery, a refreshing breeze, and a few secluded nooks to perch and take it all in.
On a lucky day (or the right time of year), you might even spot whales breaching in the distance — alongside turtles, seabirds, and surfers doing their thing below.
While it’s a relatively easy walk, its natural beauty makes it feel like a true escape.
