Ohhh yes, this one’s a vibe. It’s a proper off-lead dog beach, which means I saw pups zooming, splashing, and full-on frolicking like it was their birthday. The views? Stunning. Like, postcard-worthy.
My hooman didn’t let me off-lead though—apparently, I “get too excited” and “forget my name.” Rude, but fair. I’ll work on it, promise.
We walked through a cool little spot called “The Woods” first, with lots of trees and smells—like a sniffari before the beach blast. 10/10 would drag hooman here again.

Whether you’re walking, swimming, or just watching the doggos do their thing, it’s a relaxing retreat from busy Hastings Street.
Just be warned—on weekends and holidays, it gets busy. But it’s busy in a tail-wagging, joyful kind of way.

If your pup’s recall is a bit… “optional,” bring a long lead—there’s lots of open space, but distractions abound!
