From the moment we pulled in, my tail was already doing its happy metronome thing.
Our cabin came with two rooms—an absolute delight for a curious pup like me. I took it upon myself to conduct a full patrol the moment we arrived: sniffed the bedroom, circled the lounge twice, investigated under the dining table just in case something tasty had been forgotten, then gave the bathroom a polite once-over. Patch after patch of perfectly sniffable greenery, giving me plenty of choice for my morning business, my mid-morning business, my pre-lunch business… you get the idea. The holiday park itself had a relaxing, slower pace to it—nothing too busy or overwhelming—which meant I could trot around without much fuss (on lead, of course… even though I’d argue I’m extremely responsible).
