🐶 Ralph’s Pawspective
It’s an off-leash park, so I got to stretch my legs and run like I’d just escaped bath time. 💨
Not too many trees to sniff or friends to meet on our visit — a bit quiet, to be honest — but hey, the freedom to zoom is always a win.
Would I bark about it at the next playdate? Maybe not. But would I go again? Sure… with a tennis ball or two. 🎾

👤 Human Highlights
Stannard Road Dog Park is a simple, no-fuss off-leash area in Manly West. It’s fully fenced, making it a safe space for pups to have a run — but don’t expect bells and whistles.
There’s limited shade, so it’s best to go early or late in the day to avoid the heat. There were no agility features or water taps visible on our visit, so make sure to bring water, a bowl, and a toy to keep your pup stimulated.
It’s not the most exciting dog park around, but it serves its purpose if you’re nearby and your dog needs a quick leg stretch.
Pro Tip
Pack a ball and your own shade — there’s not much to do unless you bring the fun with you.
