Let’s get one thing straight: if you’re going to tie me to a table, it better be worth it. And this was.
The staff at Sunny’s at Moffats were friendly and didn’t treat me like a side dish. I got a steady stream of pats from passing strangers – not bad for a lunch shift. I supervised the whole meal like a pro. No crumbs went unmonitored.
The outdoor seating gave me full visual control of the footpath and just enough shade to keep my coat from overheating.
Hooman looked pleased with himself after a few bites of his food – something about “hitting the spot.” I didn’t get any, but based on the sniff report, I can confirm high flavour activity. I raised one eyebrow and kept listening. Not bad.
Would I go back? Absolutely. Lead or no lead, the hooman seemed relaxed, and I appreciated the sea breeze ruffling my perfectly groomed schnauzer beard.
