Nice park with plenty of space to sniff around and soak up the views 🌳🐾.
I scored a few pats from friendly visitors (always a bonus!) and loved the fresh breeze ruffling my fur. 🐶
I really wanted to hang out right on the rock itself, but apparently, that’s a no-go for pups — safety first, they said!
Basic facilities, great views (even for pups), but a great spot for a leg stretch and a few good sniffs. 👃

Hanging Rock Lookout offers one of the best vantage points over the Shoalhaven River — absolutely worth the short stop.
The lookout area is clean, open, and well-maintained, though facilities are simple.
Bring your camera 📸 — the views are stunning, especially at sunrise or sunset.
There are a few short walking tracks nearby, perfect for stretching your legs (and your pup’s paws) before getting back on the road.

Keep your pup on leash — it’s a long way down, but the view is worth every step!
